REQUIREMENTS

• 4–8 years of B2B consultative sales experience.
• Background in HR consulting, executive search, recruitment, professional services, or management consulting preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and organizational challenges.
• Excellent executive-level communication and negotiation skills.
• Existing UAE corporate network will be an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify opportunities for HR consulting, executive search, recruitment, organizational development, and talent advisory.
• Meet CEOs, HR Directors, CHROs, and business leaders.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand workforce challenges.
• Position consulting and talent solutions that improve organizational performance.
• Prepare proposals with consulting teams.
• Negotiate commercial agreements.
• Build strategic partnerships leading to recurring consulting engagements.
• Manage a healthy sales pipeline through CRM.
