Business Development Coordinator
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with business professionals by phone
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience with CRM systems is not required
- Sales development, appointment setting, recruiting, customer service, or business development experience is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research employers, benefits brokers, EAPs, health plans, and healthcare organizations
- Identify key decision-makers and maintain prospect records
- Conduct outbound outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations
- Follow up with prospects and maintain communication records
- Keep CRM records current and organized on our platform
- Assist with lead generation and prospecting campaigns
