Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in metal sales, steel sales, aluminum sales, fabrication, or construction-related business development.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE construction and contracting market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the metal and construction sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and project managers.
• Generate sales leads, conduct client meetings, and present company products and services.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
