Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

1. 5+ years’ experience in the Mother & Baby / Baby Care industry.
2. Proven track record in business development and sales growth.
3. Strong e-commerce and online marketplace experience.
4. Retail and distribution experience preferred.
5. Strong leadership, negotiation and commercial skills.
6. UAE/GCC market experience preferred.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.

RESPONSIBILITES

1. Develop key accounts, partnerships and new sales channels.
2. Grow e-commerce and online marketplace sales.
3. Identify market, retail and distribution opportunities.
4. Lead commercial negotiations, pricing and promotional initiatives.
5. Work closely with Marketing, E-Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain and Sales.
6. Lead and motivate teams to achieve business targets.
7. Monitor sales, margins, inventory and overall business performance.
8. Drive new business development and revenue growth.
