• Experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Eligibility to work in Australia.
• Current driver’s license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
• Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check.
• Ability to secure a Working with Children Safely Card.
• Ability to secure a MyID to standard strength.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain employer relationships and market job seekers to prospective employers.
• Develop and maintain employer and community networks.
• Collaborate with Employment Consultants to place participants into suitable employment.
• Thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Negotiate with employers to ensure successful job placements.
• Comply with compliance and database input requirements.
