REQUIREMENTS

  • Solid track record in sales, business development, or account management in Web3 blockchain institutional sales
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, particularly in a freelance or remote setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in self-management and team collaboration in a remote work context
  • Skilled in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategize and execute plans to drive platform adoption and expand the user base in targeted regions
  • Identify potential clients and demonstrate how solutions meet their B2B payment needs
  • Foster and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and exploring further opportunities
  • Collaborate with product development teams, sharing client feedback to enhance platform features
  • Meet and surpass sales targets while keeping abreast of market trends and competitive dynamics
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive client experience
