Business Development Representative
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
1-3+ years of SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience (healthcare or B2B SaaS preferred)
Track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a metrics-driven environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage executive-level contacts
Proficiency with outbound prospecting tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Curiosity about healthcare and AI with willingness to learn complex technical concepts
Self-motivated and resilient; thrives on the hunt and handles rejection well
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Fluent in English; Arabic strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Existing network in Middle East or international healthcare markets
Experience selling into healthcare organizations or health systems
Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure or clinical workflow solutions
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship-building with healthcare organizations
Execute multi-channel campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings
Qualify inbound leads and route opportunities to appropriate team members
Partner with leadership to refine messaging, test value propositions, and iterate outreach strategies
Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM and provide insights on outreach performance
Represent our client at industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads
