Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in sales, business development, or interior design (2+ years preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confident, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Coachable with a desire to grow into a leadership role
• Arabic or English fluency required; both is a plus
• UAE driving license preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Visit clients at their homes/offices to present customized furniture and interior design solutions
• Build and manage your own client pipeline through outreach, referrals, and networking
• Guide clients through product selections including furniture, flooring, lighting, and décor
• Prepare and present design proposals and quotes
• Follow up to close sales and ensure a smooth client experience
• As the business grows, help build and lead a small team
