REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CCE, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar
• Proficiency with Jira is required
• Experience working within an Agile environment
• Proven track record in requirements extraction and testing
• Strong experience in data analysis and data visualization techniques
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and facilitate end-to-end business requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and document analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
• Document business cases, process flows, data models, and user stories using Jira
• Propose new features and identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement
• Oversee the planning and execution of multiple concurrent software development projects
• Evaluate and implement enterprise-wide solutions to drive long-term value and performance
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior business analysts within the team
