  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage client relationships using CRM, ensuring seamless communication and follow‑up.
  • Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions to align on goals and share insights.
  • Attend training sessions (often via Zoom) to stay updated on new projects and developer offerings.
  • Conduct virtual presentations and schedule property viewings to guide clients through their buying journey.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with developers and industry stakeholders.
  • Keep our project database current by adding new listings and updating property details.
  • Create compelling client presentations using AI tools to showcase opportunities effectively.
  • Collaborate on social media content, including webinars, videos, and broker tour footage, to enhance our brand presence.
