Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Art Direction within the beauty, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle industries
  • Strong portfolio showcasing campaign, product, and brand-led work with a clear aesthetic point of view
  • Proven experience leading visual direction for product launches and brand storytelling
  • Strong on-set experience directing shoots in both studio and location settings
  • Deep understanding of visual storytelling, including composition, lighting, color, and styling
  • Strong understanding of production processes, including pre-production, shoot execution, and post-production
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined and elevated creative sensibility with strong attention to detail

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the visual development of campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling from concept through to execution
  • Translate creative direction into strong visual outputs, including moodboards, references, and shot direction
  • Own the look and feel across all brand outputs, including styling, lighting direction, composition, and props
  • Provide on-set art direction across campaign, social, and ecommerce shoots to ensure creative vision is executed to the highest standard
  • Partner with the Production team to support pre-production, set design, and overall visual cohesion
  • Collaborate with stylists, photographers, and videographers to elevate execution quality
  • Review and guide image selects, retouching direction, and final asset quality
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all visual outputs and touchpoints
