Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven office management experience with a strong background in administrative support roles
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Demonstrated experience with clerical tasks such as proofreading, data entry, filing, and document organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic computer literacy skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Personal assistant or office assistant experience is highly desirable to support busy executives or teams effectively
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software tools
- Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments for executives or team members with precision
- Handle bookkeeping tasks using zoho, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping
- Organize filing systems both digitally and physically to ensure easy retrieval of documents
- resolving issues, and offering courteous assistance in both languages
