Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven office management experience with a strong background in administrative support roles
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
  • Demonstrated experience with clerical tasks such as proofreading, data entry, filing, and document organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic computer literacy skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
  • Personal assistant or office assistant experience is highly desirable to support busy executives or teams effectively

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software tools
  • Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments for executives or team members with precision
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks using zoho, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping
  • Organize filing systems both digitally and physically to ensure easy retrieval of documents
  • resolving issues, and offering courteous assistance in both languages
