REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent, required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Efficiently answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff; take messages and schedule appointments as needed.
- Perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support the office operations.
- Maintain accurate filing and recordkeeping systems.
- Carry out other related duties as assigned.
