REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in volunteer management and supervising teams.
- Strong public speaking abilities with experience in community engagement.
- Expertise in program development, project management, and social media management.
- Knowledge of addiction counseling, public health principles, social work practices, and administrative procedures.
- Ability to collect data effectively and utilize it for program improvement.
- Excellent leadership skills with the capacity to motivate teams and foster collaboration.
- Experience in marketing, fundraising, recruiting, teaching, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Effective organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement outreach programs aimed at increasing awareness of behavioral health issues within diverse communities.
- Conduct public speaking engagements to educate audiences about mental health and addiction counseling services.
- Coordinate and facilitate community events, workshops, and seminars to promote behavioral health resources.
- Manage social media platforms and marketing efforts to raise awareness and engage target populations.
- Collect and analyze data related to outreach activities to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with local organizations, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to expand program reach and impact.
- Assist in fundraising efforts by developing proposals, engaging donors, and managing grant applications.
- Oversee administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and maintaining accurate records of outreach activities.
- Recruit new volunteers and team members to support ongoing initiatives.
