Associate Recruiter

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience, specifically within a staffing/agency firm or an in-house talent role at a fast-paced startup
• Hands-on experience with recruiting and sourcing tools, with a demonstrated ability to leverage them effectively
• Experience using Gem or similar recruiting automation tools
• Proven ability to efficiently triage high volumes of inbound applicants and identify strong candidates
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conducting effective, role-specific phone screens
• Genuine curiosity and the ability to adapt to new role types and requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review inbound applications across all open requisitions and identify high-quality candidates using sound judgment
• Use Gem and other relevant sourcing/recruiting tools to improve overall recruiting efficiency
• Conduct recruiter phone screens to assess candidate qualifications for a wide range of technical and non-technical roles
• Partner with recruiters to understand specific role requirements and independently execute searches
• Support both technical and non-technical hiring efforts by adapting evaluation criteria to different role types
