REQUIREMENTS

  • 0-2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or data; internships in retail, consulting, FMCG, or logistics / 3PL are a plus (fresh graduates with relevant university projects will be considered).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong MS Office skills; basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand the business logic behind numbers.
  • Interest in process improvement, operational models, and efficiency frameworks.
  • Curious, hands-on, and willing to learn.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support LEAN transformation and operational optimization projects across brands and group operations.
  • Work on end-to-end operational topics across supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and retail.
  • Analyze data to understand performance drivers and identify improvement opportunities (beyond pure number crunching).
  • Assist in mapping processes, identifying inefficiencies, and supporting improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in fieldwork (stores, warehouses, and operational sites) to observe processes and gather insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, commercial, and functional teams.
  • Contribute as part of an internal transformation team supporting efficiency and performance initiatives.
