JOB DETAILS

REQUIREMENTS

* 3-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or transaction advisory.
* Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (LBO, DCF, comparables).
* Excellent analytical and research capabilities with attention to detail.
* Ability to thrive in a small, entrepreneurial team and take ownership of workstreams.
* A degree from a top-tier university; CFA or MBA is a plus.
* Candidates based in the UAE or willing to relocate from UK, US, or Canada.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Support the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, and execution of transactions.
* Conduct detailed market and company analysis across multiple sectors, including media, financial services, and F&B.
* Prepare investment materials, including presentations and memos for senior leadership and investors.
* Participate in legal negotiations and coordinate with external advisors and internal stakeholders.
* Assist in portfolio monitoring and contribute to strategic initiatives for operational improvement.
