REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’s degree/Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support project and workstream management to ensure on-time and on-budget completion and realization of value for Participants. Anticipate and resolve issues, and set priorities for tasks based on relative importance and urgency
• Develop and communicate clear, concise, and compelling deliverables
• Demonstrate attention to detail, producing error-free documents
• Contribute to decisions by providing fact-based recommendations
• Apply reasonable perspective on the impact and risk of business decisions
• Provide written and oral updates to consulting clients, new Participants and The Resource Group leaders
• Analyze non-labor expense reduction opportunities to assess impact and feasibility
• Demonstrate flexibility and ability to take on tasks beyond assigned responsibility
• Confidently and constructively challenge the status quo; seek opportunities to recommend a better approach
• Develop and utilize support tools using advanced Excel, Access, and Tableau for implementation support and tracking and reporting of performance metrics for improvement initiatives
• Develop effective relationships with the Participant (site of care), to assist with achieving the benefits of The Resource Group’s Solutions and add to the internal knowledge base from project experience
