Assistant Training Manager/Lead Trainer

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in a specialized Training role
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in the luxury industry
• Proven track record of delivering engaging training and development programs
• In-depth knowledge of MS PowerPoint or Google Slides
• Experience with Articulate 360 suite is desired
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and a passion for maintaining exacting standards

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver training for our client’s chauffeurs to provide a five-star luxury customer experience
• Maintain training content and create country-specific learning initiatives
• Act as the subject-matter expert and primary point of contact for chauffeurs
• Assess chauffeur performance against Wheely Standards and provide constructive feedback through 1:1 coaching
• Partner with regional peers to continuously improve processes and exceed passenger expectations
