Assistant Media Planner
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Light experience in media planning or marketing role with knowledge of social and digital media
- Able to work successfully with a team and independently
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Detail-oriented
- Computer skills – knowledge of and ability to learn and work in new computer based programs
- Knowledge of social media platforms and DV360/Search 360 is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrative tasks in managing client campaigns
- Entry of media planning into buying system
- Create/update client planning calendars
- Create custom e-blasts for clients and traffic creatives
- Social/Digital Media Buying and oversight
- Manage client’s local social media pages
- Create/Monitor client’s local social media campaigns
- Create/Monitor client’s local digital video/CTV campaigns
