REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One (1) + year of administrative support or mortgage industry experience preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides general administrative support to the appraisal department in ordering, tracking and uploading of appraisal reports and data.
- Manage inboxes and routes escalations to the appropriate party in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate with internal and external customers regarding file status and follow-ups.
- Performs overflow follow up functions as directed.
- Performs other duties and projects assigned.
