REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, engaging personality.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp and convey technical information about services.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and scheduling tools.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering inbound calls and setting appointments for our sales team.
  • Cold calling leads in our CRM to source and set new appointments.
  • Educating potential customers about our painting services.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendar to optimize estimator schedules.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and appointments using our CRM system.
  • Following up with potential customers to secure appointments and convert leads into bookings.
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and promote our services effectively.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
