REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous call center experience or customer support roles that showcase your ability to handle high-volume interactions with confidence
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities that enable effective communication with diverse client bases
  • Strong analysis skills to assess customer issues quickly and determine appropriate resolutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for efficient data management
  • Experience with outbound calling campaigns and client engagement strategies
  • Knowledge of sales techniques combined with excellent communication skills to promote products effectively
  • Familiarity with call center operations, including call handling protocols and customer service best practices

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Provide comprehensive client services by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on inquiries, promote products or services, and gather customer feedback
  • Maintain accurate data entry records in our systems, ensuring all customer interactions are documented thoroughly
  • Assist customers with account management, billing questions, or technical issues with clarity and professionalism
  • Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services that meet customer needs
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately when processing payments or refunds during transactions
