REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication and organization skills
Fast response time and ability to multitask
Experience with scheduling/dispatching or admin work
Comfortable using CRM, scheduling, and invoicing tools
RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to leads quickly and book service appointments
Manage and optimize the mechanics daily schedule and route
Communicate with customers (confirmations, updates, pricing)
Handle rescheduling, follow-ups, and customer inquiries
Send invoices and manage basic admin tasks
Track performance metrics (response time, bookings, conversions)
