Analytics Engineer

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with dbt and AWS architecture
• Proficiency in PySpark and SQL
• Experience with Snowflake
• Ability to work at the intersection of data engineering, data analysis, and delivery operations
• Strong communication skills for partner meetings and technical documentation

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Refactor, scale, own, and operate an automated RWD data delivery pipeline via dbt/AWS architecture
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for channel partners
• Write production-grade PySpark and dbt code
• Manage the channel partner data inquiry queue and resolve requests via AI agents
• Migrate delivery endpoint configurations from manual Snowflake runbooks to config-as-code
• Implement PHI de-identification compliance processes
• Develop metrics for data quality scorecards to track pipeline health and SLAs
