REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in management consulting or business consulting within the agricultural or related sectors
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, process improvement, and change management initiatives
• Experience in business development activities such as market research, client engagement, and opportunity identification
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools to oversee multiple initiatives effectively
• Excellent research capabilities combined with business analysis skills to inform decision-making processes
• Prior involvement in managing organizational transformations or implementing new processes within complex environments

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with clients to assess their current agribusiness operations through comprehensive research and analysis, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities
• Develop and implement strategic plans that align with clients’ goals, emphasizing process improvement, innovation, and sustainable practices
• Facilitate change management initiatives by guiding clients through organizational transformations smoothly and effectively
• Provide expert management consulting on business development strategies, market expansion, and operational efficiencies
• Lead projects focused on business analysis, process optimization, and performance enhancement within agricultural enterprises
• Conduct industry research to stay abreast of market trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes impacting the agribusiness sector
• Support clients in managing complex projects by applying strong project management principles, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results
