REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in business development, affiliate marketing, partnerships, or a related commercial role.
• Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency industry and digital-asset ecosystem.
• Experience developing and managing partner relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Understanding of MENA markets and regional crypto-user behaviour.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Develop and execute the affiliate business-development strategy for the MENA region.
• Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential crypto-affiliate partners.
• Build partnerships that support user acquisition and regional expansion.
• Manage affiliate relationships and monitor partner performance.
• Work with global teams to coordinate regional campaigns and growth initiatives.
• Analyse market opportunities and partner performance to improve acquisition results.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners while developing new channels.
