REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and building trust quickly.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Previous admissions, call center, sales, or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Personal or professional experience with addiction or recovery is highly valued.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer inbound calls from individuals seeking addiction treatment.
  • Build rapport and provide compassionate support during difficult conversations.
  • Gather client information and create accurate admission files.
  • Document all interactions and maintain organized records.
  • Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a smooth intake process.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while helping people begin their recovery journey.
