REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and building trust quickly.
- Strong organizational and computer skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Previous admissions, call center, sales, or customer service experience is a plus.
- Personal or professional experience with addiction or recovery is highly valued.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer inbound calls from individuals seeking addiction treatment.
- Build rapport and provide compassionate support during difficult conversations.
- Gather client information and create accurate admission files.
- Document all interactions and maintain organized records.
- Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a smooth intake process.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while helping people begin their recovery journey.
