- Entering and organizing information in spreadsheets and databases
- Assisting with hotel reservations and client requests
- Preparing documents and correspondence
- Following up with hotels and clients
- Maintaining organized records and files
- Supporting our team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Helping keep projects on track
- Following up on potential leads
