RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact existing agency customers by phone
- Build rapport quickly and professionally
- Explain the value of a complimentary Life Insurance Review
- Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism
- Schedule qualified appointments for the Financial Professional
- Confirm appointment details and send reminders
- Maintain accurate customer notes in the agency CRM
- Follow up with customers who requested a callback
- Meet daily call activity goals
- Meet monthly appointment-setting goals
- Help strengthen customer relationships with the agency
- Represent the agency with exceptional customer service
