RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering phones and assisting clients
  • Managing emails and calendars
  • Entering and organizing information in spreadsheets and databases
  • Assisting with hotel reservations and client requests
  • Preparing documents and correspondence
  • Following up with hotels and clients
  • Maintaining organized records and files
  • Supporting our team with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Helping keep projects on track
  • Following up on potential leads
