REQUIREMENTS

  • Exceptional follow-up and organizational skills
  • Strong phone communication skills and comfort with frequent outbound calls
  • Proven ability to work remotely with accountability and minimal supervision
  • Ability to navigate Excel and learn new computer programs efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Prior experience in roles requiring high-volume follow-up, tracking, or case/status management
  • Experience in administrative, operations, insurance, healthcare, collections, or compliance roles is a plus
  • Experience using spreadsheets or tracking tools to manage workflows

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and track appeals-related tasks from initiation through resolution
  • Conduct consistent and professional follow-up via phone and email with internal teams and external parties
  • Ensure deadlines are met through organized tracking and timely escalation when needed
  • Accurately document communications and updates in firm systems
  • Maintain appeal status reports and logs using Excel and internal computer programs
  • Work independently while remaining responsive and accountable to leadership
