Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage daily office operations and support administrative functions.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy access to documents.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Monitor supplies and inventory, making recommendations for purchasing as necessary.
  • Support HR activities, including employee onboarding, record keeping, and maintaining personnel files.
