REQUIREMENTS
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Comfortable working independently without constant supervision
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Strong written communication skills
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Familiarity with CRMs, social media platforms, or real estate is a plus, but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily follow-up tasks in our CRM (updating contacts, sending templated follow-ups, tracking responses)
- Keep CRM organized, accurate, and up to date
- Schedule and manage social media posts across platforms
- Assist with basic social media engagement (responding to comments/messages as directed)
- Help maintain systems, workflows, and task lists
- Light administrative support as needed
