JOB DETAILS
REQUIREMENTS
· High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
· Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Familiarity with accounting terminology or experience in an accounting environment is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide administrative support to accountants and management.
· Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely manner.
· Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars for clients and team.
· Prepare and organize documents, reports, and client files.
· Collect, organize, and securely store sensitive client financial documents to support accurate bookkeeping and compliance with data protection standards.
· Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
· Handle confidential information with discretion.
· Website and social media management.
