REQUIREMENTS
- Experience using AppFolio
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Preferred
- Property management industry experience
- Accounting, bookkeeping, or accounts payable experience
- Previous experience working remotely
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Enter invoices, receipts, and accounting transactions accurately
- Review documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable support functions
- Check banking transactions daily
- Communicate professionally with team members, vendors, and community managers
- Maintain organized electronic records and documentation
