Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-4 years of experience in account management, partner success, or business development.
- Experience within the tech, e-commerce, or F&B sectors is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing external stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and data interpretation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring strong relationships and high satisfaction levels.
- Drive partner performance through regular business reviews, data-driven insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to execute growth initiatives.
- Identify and resolve partner concerns swiftly to maintain a high-quality service experience.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Support the onboarding and training of new partners to ensure long-term success on the platform.
- Advocate for partner needs internally to drive continuous platform improvements.
