Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated skills in effective communication and negotiation
- Understanding of CRM technologies and customer interaction tools is helpful
- Academic background in Business, Marketing, or a comparable field
- Demonstrated success in handling several accounts while achieving goals regularly
- Proven track record of 5+ years in industry-specific account management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Reliable internet and phone access
- Customer service or sales experience a plus (not required)
- Willingness to obtain required licensing if applicable (training provided)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate performance indicators and update clients on results
- Manage client interactions to align with company policies and industry regulations
- Oversee client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Discover process improvement chances and integrate optimal practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to align processes with client expectations
- Meet with clients via Zoom or phone
- Manage and maintain client accounts
- Review client needs and provide guidance
- Follow established processes and systems
- Maintain basic records and follow-up
