REQUIREMENTS
- Willingness to hustle / lack of fear
- Experience texting, emailing, and talking with English-speaking clients and prospects
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- A computer workstation (laptop or desktop)
- Internationally located (not in the US or Canada)
- Availability to work US working hours
- Fluency in English speaking and writing
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing and growing relationships with an existing portfolio of healthcare providers and dental offices
- Clearly articulating the value proposition of the app to current users to drive continued engagement and expansion
- Going deep with healthcare providers and dental offices to uncover their evolving needs, understand their challenges, and find ways to genuinely help them succeed on the platform
- Establishing credibility and rapport with providers, which includes demonstrating a strong understanding of the app
- Being the go-to point of contact for users that need help navigating the app, resolving issues, and getting the most out of the platform
- Helping fill new and urgent shifts in your assigned markets
