Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multi-task and frequently assess, prioritize, and re-prioritize tasks
- Strong basic computer skills, including proficiency in email, file management, and navigating web-based platforms
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Working knowledge of surveillance investigations and operations is preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor, assess, and prioritize scheduling needs across the department.
- Schedule surveillance assignments in accordance with client directives and internal procedures and goals.
- Enter and update schedules in the case management system.
- Cultivate professional relationships with investigators, field supervisors, and case managers.
- Communicate with investigators regarding scheduling needs, availability, and coverage changes; maintain documentation and records related to investigator availability.
- Evaluate cost, investigator performance, turnaround time, investigator availability, geographic location, and client needs to select the most appropriate resource for each assignment.
- Track scheduling-related data and metrics to identify workflow gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor investigator availability and usage trends and escalate potential recruiting needs.
