Appraisal Coordinator
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience required in real estate appraisal, mortgage, or administrative support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Comfortable multitasking and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient with computers and web-based tools (Excel, Google Workspace, CRMs, etc.).
- Experience with ANOW, Monday CRM, A la Mode, Appraisals, and AMC’s preferred not required.
- U.S.-based and able to work standard business hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate appraisal orders between clients, lenders, and appraisers.
- Schedule inspections and manage calendars efficiently.
- Communicate status updates to clients and track order progress
- Handle emails, phone calls, and messages promptly and professionally.
- Maintain organized records in our management systems.
- Verify property information and confirm inspection details with homeowners and agents.
- Follow up with appraisers for status updates and documentation as needed.
- Ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
