Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
● Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling software.
● Previous receptionist, customer service, or dispatching experience is preferred but not required.
● Ability to work independently from home in a quiet, professional environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
● Schedule service calls, maintenance appointments, and installation estimates.
● Coordinate and update the daily schedule for technicians.
● Return customer calls, messages, and follow up as needed.
● Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records.
● Communicate appointment changes or updates to customers and technicians.
● Help keep the business organized by managing calendars and daily tasks.
● Provide exceptional customer service with every interaction.
