Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate required; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business is preferred, alongside previous executive or senior administrative support experience.
- Proven track record in high-level executive support, digital agenda management, or advanced clerical operations.
- Strong computer skills with cloud file sharing, team communication tools, and the Microsoft Office suite (advanced PowerPoint and Excel required).
- Capability to thrive in a self-directed nationwide remote workspace, maintaining consistent digital connectivity.
- Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executive Management: Screen high-level network communications, manage calendar schedules for regional directors, and route corporate inquiries to the correct agronomic or sales leaders.
- Digital Administration: Coordinate electronic document workflows, compile regional metric summaries, and organize secure cloud file structures across our executive network database.
- Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate regional tracking records, enter quarterly network performance data, and prepare business review presentations directly within our central database system.
- Communication Integration: Monitor the executive office inbox, manage corporate scheduling updates, and draft professional, high-priority correspondence for our regional management group.
- Operational Syncing: Coordinate closely with facility directors and cross-functional corporate teams to guarantee cohesive leadership support and strict operational reporting compliance.
