Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
  • Valid Dubai Driving Licence (Mandatory).
  • Proven experience in off-plan real estate sales with a strong understanding of the Dubai property market.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, motivate, and develop a successful sales team.
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of leading by example.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and continuously develop sales consultants to build a high-performance culture.
  • Personally close high-value transactions and support the team in complex negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers to secure the best inventory, pricing, payment plans, and exclusive opportunities.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and product training sessions.
  • Monitor team performance, ensure KPI achievement, and implement strategies to improve productivity and conversions.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discipline, and customer service while representing our client.
