Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–2 years in a coordinator, client services, support, or operations role
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Comfort learning new software quickly and independently
  • Clear, professional written communication over email and chat
  • A proactive, figure-it-out attitude and the patience to troubleshoot
  • A reliable home workspace and the self-direction to do good work remotely

Nice to Have

  • Cannabis industry familiarity or experience with retail/dispensary clients
  • Experience with Notion, Linear, Slack, or help-desk platforms
  • Exposure to app configuration, QA, JSON, CMS work, or basic technical troubleshooting
  • Customer support or account coordination at a SaaS company

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support partner onboarding: help new dispensary partners get set up, gather assets and information, and walk them through getting their app, site, and kiosk live
  • Configure and QA partner apps: set up themes, content, and settings, then test everything and catch issues before partners do
  • Respond to partner questions and escalations as a friendly, reliable first point of contact
  • File, triage, and track bug reports and feature requests through Linear with the dev team
  • Keep help articles, FAQs, and onboarding guides accurate in our support hub
  • Help partners use the marketing and engagement features built into their apps
  • Maintain partner records, track project status, and document processes
