Administrative Assistant
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with data entry, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette and customer service interactions
- Familiarity with office management procedures, clerical work, proofreading, and calendar management
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email and assisting with clerical needs as they arise
- Coordinate calendar management for staff, scheduling appointments and meetings while ensuring timely reminders
- Perform data entry, proofread documents for accuracy, and support client deliverables using QuickBooks and Tax Planning programs.
