Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role in a 4-star or 5-star hotel
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in hotel front office systems (PMS such as Opera is an advantage)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Arabic speaking candidates will be given preference

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overseeing daily front desk operations
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
  • Supervise front office team members and provide on-the-job training and support
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Monitor room inventory and coordinate with Housekeeping and Reservations
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, standards, and procedures
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality
  • Prepare daily reports and support operational audits
  • Handle VIP arrivals and special guest requests
