REQUIREMENTS

• Retired educator, former teacher, literacy interventionist, or educational professional
• Experience working with K–12 students and families
• Strong written communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable learning new technology platforms
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable following systems, procedures, and checklists
• Professional, reliable, and responsive

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Send onboarding and welcome communications
• Track attendance and student records
• Maintain scheduling and classroom links
• Prepare parent updates and progress summaries
• Support tutor onboarding and communication
• Monitor portal activity and follow up as needed
• Assist with data entry and organization
• Complete weekly tasks using established systems and checklists
