Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Familiarity with sites like Avetta, ISN, Veriforce, CGA, Construct Connect, and similar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry, filing, and proofreading
- Experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating and/or maintaining company profiles on the various sites mentioned above
- Ensuring profiles are kept up to date
- Finding and connecting with potential clients
- Contacting our suppliers, such as insurance companies, to obtain information
- Assist with bookkeeping activities including basic bookkeeping tasks and financial record keeping
